We have been living in the new house for a couple weeks now. I can say that life has been quite an adventure since the move.

Starting with the week we wanted to move in, Richard got a couple new projects at work that prevented him from taking the week off as we had planned. That only set us back on the before we move in to do list. As a result the living room and parlor’s wallpaper border only just came down a few nights ago and such things like that.
After attending a great puppet show headed by our good friend, we sought to make some purchases in Seattle. I was on the search for an armoire! The one sold with the house Richard displaced before I knew what had ever happened. We decided to try ikea for one and while they had some it is not what we brought home.

Instead we returned home with a new bathroom vanity and cabinet. Above is a picture of Q pushing our new items around the self serve warehouse. He thought that was pretty awesome.
Here’s before shots of how the bathroom looked. The counter was super low, only Q seemed to be really excited about it.
