Many of this year’s apple butter went out to friends and family as gifts. I must say, this year’s batch was awesome. Thanks to Carrie and Danica, I had a great selection of different apples to use. I’m not sure if it was the apple variety or how long it was able to simmer; probably both! Here’s pictures of my apple butter adventure.
