I present the first ever edition of Edwin’s favorites. Much like the ones I publish each 1/2 year for Quince, only this version I have recorded each month thus far as Edwin changes so quickly. Here’s a summary of his first 6 months. Each picture also includes his favorite items at that time. (in the above photo: Why play with real toys when there is a box here.)
1 & 2 months
Not really favorite things here as he spent most of the time eating and sleeping.
3 Months
Pick up Q from school – loves to watch him talk about his day in the car
Eat his hands
Watch his singing elephant
Holding his reindeer pacifier while in the car
4 months
Hold onto his feet while getting his diaper changed
Watching the turtles
Picking up Q from school
Sitting up(with the help of the bobby)
5 months
Crinkle books
Watching out the front window
Sits up on his own
Has forgotten how to roll from tummy to back.
The one ring(with crochet) is his favorite, we have yet to see Viktor hold it.
6 months
Playing with the wipe to-go pouch & the rice cooker spoon
Chewing on any of your wubnub pacifiers or the one ring
pooping while in the carseat, it must be more awesome as it happens often
Moving in circles and trying to crawl
Rolling around the living room, crawling(not well but can get around) and learned how to go from laying down to sitting over June 19th weekend.
LOVES to see the cats – he gets so excited when he sees any of them and tries to move closers to them. Crawling
Dislike: Not being able to see mama, loud noises, hitting his head on things
